The meet-and-greet is a relaxed, 20-minute conversation where we get to know each other. You can ask any questions you have, share what is bringing you to this work, and get a sense of whether this approach resonates with you. There is no obligation.

We are happy to help you decide during the meet-and-greet. Deep Immersion (9 sessions) is the most comprehensive experience for profound transformation. Transform (6 sessions) supports deeper shifts with sustained momentum. Discovery (3 sessions) is ideal for beginners. If you would like to experience the work before committing, begin with a single Introductory Session.
